Behold the future of  food  and nature- maybe soon we will just imbed a chloroplast into our skin cells like the mitochondria is now a part of our cells, and we will be hybrid autotrophs!

Raising awareness in science!
Collaboration of scientific minds in a  new way that can be accessible to general public, yet reveared by scientific institutions.

This will create a better and faster interdisciplinary information sharing and can create new standards in addition or even in replacement of having one's work published.

To  support this new movement people need to combine their know-how and join forces with like-minded individuals in collaboration.

The Beautiful Truth

The Beautiful Truth is an interesting video that addresses the health concerns of humans that have much to do with natural, holistic diet and need to avoid unnatural to our physiology GMO, processed,  irradiated, and nutritionally bankrupt foods.

This video is full of evidence and field research, it is not one of those quaky documentries that has only one or two doctors support the claims. It provides counter claims and is fun to watch.. draw your own conclusions.

Oncology is a sigh on dis-balance and miscommunication of the human system. One of the key aspects that cause these health issues are the most rudimentary- FOOD...

"Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food!" Golden words spoken by the father of modern medicine...but i think that we have strayed as far from his vision as it is possible, even the oath med-students take is being broken by blind believe in the modern "medicine"!

Gene therapy and stem cells unite

Imagine the people with fatal genetic liver disease (which is caused by a gene mutation of only two base pairs of DNA) being able to recieve treatment or even cure without the need for liver transplant?

Researchers are now working on harvesting patient's own stem cells and using molecular scalpel  scientists were able to cut out the mutated gene and insert a correct one in its place. Then the stem cell with a corrected gene sequence is used to treat the organ. This means the patient will not need a transplant and immunouppressant drugs.

Such a leap of personalized medicine and treatment is a fork in the road, are we going to be able to decrease the technology costs so drastically for this to be even an option? or only very few select individuals will be able to afford this?

Will the companies weather out the financial hardship and be able to create the technologies needed to make personalized gene/stem cell therapy as a template for all genetic disorders and diseases? 

Aside: Maybe the plot of sci-fi movie Repo men is no longer our future :)

Phantom DNA phenomenon

DNA phantom effect is somewhat puzzling yet concrete problem. What if you only have the field signature of DNA,  will the substituents form into the shape of the double helix that was previously there given the right conditions?

And here is some fringe science... but maybe it is just the beginning of the science of the future Cymatics and the DNA Video
